The Employment Services Specialist series provides employment and career services to job seekers. The Employment Services Specialist I is the entry level, conducting orientations and workshops, assessing job seeker skills, providing placement assistance and career counseling, and determining eligibility for intensive services or referrals to community-based organizations. The Employment Services Specialist II is the full performance level, independently providing the full range of employment services. The Employment Services Specialist III is the advanced level in the series, providing the full range of employment services with greater complexity, responsibility, and expertise.
