The Employment & Recruitment Manager is responsible for owning and leading the full-cycle recruitment process for approximately 2,400 employees. This role oversees and develops a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Employment Coordinators to ensure a five star candidate experience from application through onboarding. This position partners closely with hiring leaders to meet staffing needs across multiple departments. In addition to recruitment leadership, this role plays a critical part in employment operations, onboarding, and compliance, including I-9 administration and offer letter processes. The ideal candidate combines strategic recruitment expertise with operational excellence, strong compliance knowledge, and a passion for developing people and processes.
