About The Position

Antonyan Miranda, LLP is a litigation-focused law firm in San Diego, California, building a high-performance employment law practice. We are seeking a self-driven Employment Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of cases and outcomes. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for an attorney with litigation experience who can independently manage a caseload from inception through resolution. Responsibilities include handling pleadings, written discovery, depositions, law and motion, mediations, and trial preparation. A strong working knowledge of California civil procedure and employment law is required, and trial or meaningful second-chair experience is strongly preferred. We are looking for an attorney who is motivated, accountable, and comfortable working with limited oversight.
