About The Position

Antonyan Miranda, LLP is a litigation-focused law firm in San Diego, California, building a high-performance employment law practice. We are seeking a self-driven Employment Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of cases and outcomes.

This full-time, in-office role is ideal for an attorney with litigation experience who can independently manage a caseload from inception through resolution. Responsibilities include handling pleadings, written discovery, depositions, law and motion, mediations, and trial preparation. A strong working knowledge of California civil procedure and employment law is required, and trial or meaningful second-chair experience is strongly preferred.

We are looking for an attorney who is motivated, accountable, and comfortable working with limited oversight. This role is best suited for someone who values responsibility, precision, and long-term growth within a performance-driven firm.
