Reporting to the Chief People Officer and partnering with the General Counsel, the Employment & Labor Relations Counsel provides comprehensive legal advice and guidance to Center leadership, management, and the People & Culture team on a wide range of complex employment and labor law matters. This position is instrumental in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. This position works in harmony with and complements the Office of General Counsel to protect the Center by mitigating legal risk in employment and labor matters with a proactive approach.
