(PCG) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Job Developer with strong workforce development experience to join our San Diego, California team within the CalWORKs Welfare-to-Work and Refugee Employment Services program. This role is ideal for professionals with proven success in workforce development, staffing, and recruiting who are eager to make a measurable impact on both their community and career. As a Job Developer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering workforce development solutions that connect program participants—primarily low-income job seekers—with sustainable employment opportunities. You will build and manage strategic relationships with employers, community partners, and industry leaders across key sectors such as hospitality, tourism, and healthcare, aligning employer needs with participant skills and career pathways.
