PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION(S): Responsible for generating community employment leads through cold calls, networking and web sites Documents all job and contact leads on appropriate forms Consistently meets established quotas, including but not limited to community job placements Job develops and secures employment opportunities for people in various Vocational Services Provides training to people prior to job searching on proper interviewing techniques, proper attire for interviewing and assists with resumes Accompanies clients on job interviews Completes job analysis to familiarize self with the employers’ expectations May submit contract bids for all areas of employment services Educates client and family regarding employment and the impact it may have on social security benefits being received Assists client in completing job application and any other related or necessary paperwork if needed Responsible for providing skill training and job coaching support for person(s) on employer’s premises in the community. Maintains CESP and ACRE certifications Responsible for ongoing and follow along job coaching support Completes data collection for each individual assigned Provides mobility training for assigned people Acts as the agency representative with employers and the public Assumes other duties as needed
