About The Position

What You’ll Do Support clients in identifying and achieving employment goals through person-centered planning Build strong relationships with employers to create inclusive job opportunities Coach clients in work readiness, social, and self-advocacy skills Facilitate referrals, intakes, and vocational assessments Support job starts with on-site training for clients and employers Collaborate with families, educators, funders, and community partners Pay & Benefits Full salary range for this position is $25 - $28.84 per hour. Upper end of the range allows for growth over time. Medical/Vision, dental, and life insurance coverage at low premium cost to employees. Dependent coverage available at employee cost. 403(b) retirement plan, with up to a 6% company match dependent on contributions. (Match available after one year of employment). Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends based on client needs. Please note, this is not a remote position. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals from a variety of backgrounds. High school diploma or equivalent. Personal use of a vehicle, with proper insurance coverage due to variances in client work hours and worksites. Driver’s license with favorable driving record.
