Requirements

• Rising senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
• Hands-on experience creating social media and video content for a company, personal brand, student organization or campus club
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (with ability to create clear, visually compelling presentations)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and what drives engagement with students and early-career audiences

Responsibilities

• Create content for Henkel's social media channels (@henkeltalent on Instagram; @henkel on TikTok) to showcase our culture, people, and career opportunities
• Support the launch and ongoing activation of Henkel's student ambassador program
• Conduct research on competitors and industry best practices to identify trends in early-career marketing and translate insights into strategic recommendations for talent attraction
• Assist with university recruitment planning for Fall 2026, including campus strategy, event support, and other employer branding projects
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources teams on projects that elevate Henkel's brand and employee-centric experiences
