This internship role is for an individual with a passion for storytelling and brand building to join the Global Talent Marketing team. The intern will go behind the scenes of a world-class employer brand to help attract top talent globally. As a key contributor to the recruitment marketing engine, the intern will work closely with seasoned marketers to execute paid and organic campaigns, analyze performance data, and help define how Salesforce is perceived as a workplace. This is a high-impact role designed to provide hands-on experience in global digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Current Undergraduate Student: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field graduating in Dec 2026/May 2027.
  • Creative Storyteller: Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills. You know how to tell a story that stops the scroll.
  • Social Media Native: You have a deep understanding of (and active presence on) platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Analytical Mindset: You enjoy looking at "the why" behind the numbers and are eager to learn how to optimize campaigns based on data.
  • Proactive & Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Can-Do Attitude: A desire to learn, grow, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to a global team.
  • AI-Native: Comfortable experimenting with AI-powered automation tools and eager to apply them to real challenges.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Glassdoor and Indeed is a plus!
  • Experience (even personal projects!) using AI agents to streamline workflows

Responsibilities

  • Assist in building social marketing and advertising strategies to raise brand awareness in 15+ target markets worldwide.
  • Help manage and monitor our employer brand profiles.
  • Learn to monitor social conversations, respond to followers, and encourage employees to share their unique stories.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to ensure our newsfeeds represent our diverse, global workforce and align with hiring priorities.
  • Help launch and track "always-on" organic posts and punctuating them with strategic paid advertising.
  • Track monthly results for organic campaigns, assist in reporting outcomes to the broader team, and conduct quarterly competitor research to see how we stack up.
