Reliable, organized Office Support Specialist to support our team. We are looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed. HERE’S HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT: The Office Support Specialist is responsible for supporting our Sales Partner with administrative duties such data entry, order entry, customer service, office organization and other support to the Sales Partner. Primary communication methods in each of these areas will include phone support, email response and in person communication. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON A DAILY BASIS: Your job may grow and change over time as we progress in the respective office. As we see it right now, however, here are the activities that we want you to tackle: Assist with order taking and customer support at Order Taking EventsComplete order entry on time and accurately for Office Maintain positive and professional communication and working relationship with Sales Partner and all Personnel. This includes being responsive and doing a quick turnaround on questions or concerns from the Sales Partner and internal personnel Maintain organized office both electronically and physically with inventory, email or important documents Responsive, jovial interactions with clients and customers Provide high-level of customer service
