Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states. We are actively seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join our team in Princeton, NJ. The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for managing complex employee relations cases, including investigating allegations of misconduct, policy violations, harassment, and other workplace issues. This role requires a deep understanding of employment law, exceptional investigative skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism, confidentiality, and impartiality. The Employee Relations Specialist will collaborate closely with the Senior Employee Relations Specialist and HR leadership to ensure fair resolutions and a positive work environment.
