About The Position
A fast paced manufacturing and distribution company in North Sacramento is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support investigations, case management, and day to day HR needs. This is a great opportunity to work for a company that truly cares about their employees. This role works onsite and partners closely with a collaborative remote HR team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of employee relations or HR generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws
- Experience with investigations and documentation
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable collaborating with remote team members
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Handle employee relations cases and investigations from intake to resolution
- Document findings and manage cases through a ticketing system
- Provide strong customer service to employees and leaders
- Apply California labor law and company policies consistently
- Support generalist HR tasks in a manufacturing/distribution environment
