About The Position

As an Employee Relations Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of fostering a productive and supportive work environment. Working closely with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), you will lead investigations, resolve employee concerns, and help shape workplace culture. You’ll play a vital role in training new leaders, administering the Reach Line, and ensuring adherence to our policies, regulations, and professional standards. This is a great opportunity to enhance your human resource acumen.

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft presentations and lead training sessions.
  • A strong understanding of key HR functions and policies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools, including spreadsheets.
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • The ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • Two years’ human resources/business or applicable experience.
  • Ability to operate in a highly dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proven analytical, technical and project management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM or HCRI Certification
  • Additional experience in Human Resources administration in multiple functional specialties.
  • Experience in the health care industry.
  • Additional related education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze workplace scenarios and offer actionable recommendations aligned with company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Provide timely support for leader and employee inquiries, maintaining open communication and detailed records.
  • Lead Reach Line administration, conduct thorough investigations, and document findings within the case management system.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions for new leaders on HR policies and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs on escalated leave of absence, disability, and return-to-work cases.
  • Take on higher-level projects, addressing employee communications and navigating non-routine HR questions.
