In this newly created role, the Employee Relations Manager will lead prompt, thorough, and impartial workplace investigations while supporting Related’s people strategy. Partnering with HR Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders, the ER Manager will address employee concerns, manage performance and conduct matters, ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, and promote a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
