The Employee Relations Manager (ERM) provides expertise on all employee relations and policy matters across the organization using internal and external insight to develop strategy, supply guidance, ensure consistency, and manage risk. The ERM oversees investigations related to violations of policy, employment law, and/or conduct expectations and should show a clear understanding of legal compliance with NorthStar policies and procedures. This role will have a dotted line to our Employment and Labor Counsel in Legal. This position can be performed from anywhere within the United States. Candidates must have reliable internet access and be able to work effectively in a virtual/remote environment.
