The Employee Relations Manager will play a pivotal role in enabling a positive work environment, fostering strong relationships between employees and the organization while ensuring fair and equitable treatment of all employees. With a focus on conflict resolution, policy enforcement, and compliance with employment laws and regulations, the Employee Relations Manager serves as a trusted advisor and resource for employees and management alike. Your expertise will be instrumental as you track and resolve employee relations matters in a fast-paced environment. More specifically, you will conduct investigations, advise, and guide managers on disciplinary actions, including performance improvement plans, prepare detailed documentation and ensure timely case resolution while owning matters beginning to end.
