ROLE OVERVIEW and PURPOSE The Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) serves as the primary HR contact for employee relations matters across Neighborhood Healthcare Reporting to the - HR Manager, Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition this role plays a key part in providing guidance to leaders and employees on workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and performance management. The ERBP leads employee relations investigations, ensures consistent application of policies, and helps leaders navigate complex employee situations. This role also identifies trends in workplace issues and partners with HR and business leaders to develop training, policies, and strategies that support a positive workplace culture.
