Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers by providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters. Support the resolution of low-complexity employee relations issues with professionalism, empathy, and adherence to company standards. Apply sound judgment within defined parameters to assess and respond to inquiries, ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with HR Advisory leaders and stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and consistent support across a variety of employee relations topics. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of case records, supporting data integrity, compliance, and effective case management. Continuously build your knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and Wells Fargo’s culture to enhance your effectiveness and impact.
