Requirements

  • Associate's Degree Nursing / Patient Care
  • 2 years In lieu of Associate's, patient care or hospital/physician practice
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - American Heart Association

Responsibilities

  • Review and take appropriate action to assure lab compliance for, but not limited to: titers, exposures, PPD, hepatitis B vaccines, vaccination declinations.
  • Maintain and record data into Agility, and monitor EHS visits, including PPD/QuantiFERON, incident report data entry, case management of injuries, log and track visits, and reporting.
  • Maintain documentation and updates to employee health policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate Fitness for Duty evaluations, such as FEC, Reasonable Suspicion drug testing, and EAP mandatory drug program.
  • Plan, manage, and monitor the flu vaccine program and similar programs as needed.
  • Maintain OSHA log for Franciscan Alliance employee injuries/entities and report annually to OSHA.
  • Provide reports to Infection Control, Safety, Quality and FPO committees.
  • Monitor the RL6 daily for new employee injuries or exposures.
  • Maintain, monitor, and provide charts according to regulatory agencies, such as OSHA, Board of Health, and HFAP.
