Requirements

• Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a producer, preferably with a background in smaller agencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft-based tools, including Outlook and Teams.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Clear and compelling motivation for career growth.
• Stability and commitment (not prone to frequent job changes).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
