The Employee Experience Team Lead plays a strategic role in shaping and enhancing our company’s culture and employee experience. In close partnership with and under the guidance of the Sr. Director of People Operations , this role leads the Employee Experience Specialists and drives initiatives that strengthen engagement, onboarding, internal mobility, and employee satisfaction throughout the full employee lifecycle. This is a hybrid position in office 2 days a week, position and reports to our Gilbert, AZ headquarters. Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in employee experience, HR, recruitment, or related roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with HR tech systems, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or combination of experience and secondary education

Responsibilities

  • Create, implement and oversee employee experience initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and strategic objectives
  • Ensure a consistent and engaging onboarding experience that aligns with our employer brand and company culture.
  • Consult on the design and implementation of comprehensive onboarding programs to create a welcoming, supportive, and engaging experience for new hires and internal transfers.
  • Ensuring effective communication channels and feedback mechanisms between employees and leadership.
  • Manage and optimize processes for employee promotions, transfers, and role changes.
  • Mentor a team of Employee Experience Specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Assist leadership by providing regular feedback to support team members’ growth and development.
