The Employee Experience Team Lead plays a strategic role in shaping and enhancing our company’s culture and employee experience. In close partnership with and under the guidance of the Sr. Director of People Operations, this role leads the Employee Experience Specialists and drives initiatives that strengthen engagement, onboarding, internal mobility, and employee satisfaction throughout the full employee lifecycle. This is a hybrid position in office 2 days a week, position and reports to our Gilbert, AZ headquarters. Requirements

3-4 years of experience in employee experience, HR, recruitment, or related roles.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency with HR tech systems, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or combination of experience and secondary education required.

Responsibilities

Create, implement and oversee employee experience initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and strategic objectives.
Ensure a consistent and engaging onboarding experience that aligns with our employer brand and company culture.
Consult on the design and implementation of comprehensive onboarding programs to create a welcoming, supportive, and engaging experience for new hires and internal transfers.
Ensuring effective communication channels and feedback mechanisms between employees and leadership.
Manage and optimize processes for employee promotions, transfers, and role changes.
Mentor a team of Employee Experience Specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Assist leadership by providing regular feedback to support team members’ growth and development.
