Primary Location: United States (US) - Illinois - Moline Function: People and Culture (CA) Title: Employee Experience Representative - 119421 Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position Your Responsibilities As an Employee Experience Representative for JD Commons Office located in Moline, IL, you will: Deliver exceptional service to our customers by researching, resolving, and responding to inquiries in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner Administer HR processes such as Learning & Development, offer letters and requisitions, onboarding new hires, internal transfer activities, company organizational management and employee record maintenance Maintain a high degree of confidentiality Participate in continuous improvement projects, propose solutions and ideas to find more efficient ways to deliver HR support to employees Ensure Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded Collaborate with all members of the HROC, including Specialists, Advisors and Workforce Relations, on process improvements and escalation resolution VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to multi-task, manage concurrent tasks, and change priorities
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience collaborating in a team environment
  • Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to promote and implement changes in support of major processes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an HR process or HR operations role
  • Working knowledge of HR processes
  • Experience working within Success Factor system modules (i.e., Learning Administration, Employee Profile, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
