This role has a deep understanding of the employee lifecycle, bridges insights, business strategy, and data analytics to execute and continuously advance the overall employee experience. You will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional team members on key priorities to help advance Equitable’s mission and ensure that all initiatives are aligned with Equitable’s long-term goals.
