About The Position

Highway West Vacations is seeking an Employee Experience Coordinator to help support a positive and engaging workplace environment. In this role, you will assist with internal administrative duties while focusing on enhancing the overall employee experience. You will work closely with property management teams to support HR-related processes, ensure compliance with company policies, and help create a welcoming and supportive workplace for employees.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in administration, HR support, hospitality, or employee engagement is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and new hire support.
  • Provide administrative support for HR and management teams.
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
  • Maintain and organize employee records and internal documentation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and activities that foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Serve as a resource for employees by answering general questions and directing them to appropriate resources.
  • Collaborate with management to help create a strong sense of community and team culture.
