About The Position

NFL Players, Inc. (licensing and marketing subsidiary of the NFL Players Association) is looking for an ambitious, motivated individual to join our team as the Player Services Coordinator! The Player Services Coordinator is responsible for providing vital customer service to players and NFLPI partners and assists account managers with tasks including drafting and facilitating correspondence, responding to player inquiries, and logistical support.

Responsibilities

  • Provides account support services to sponsors, licensees and new business partners as it relates to player marketing initiatives, including but not limited to, consulting around the activation, conducting player research, drafting contract boilers and assisting with procurement efforts
  • Aggregates and inputs data deal points into CRM and similar systems, processes invoice and payment requests for player marketing deals, and submits weekly marketing payment batches to Finance for payment processing to players
  • Maintains electronic filing system for sponsor and licensee contracts and departmental correspondence
  • Communicate with sponsors, licensees and agency contacts to activate player appearances and social activations by creating and disseminating talent advance sheets, arranging travel, communicating logistics and social post instructions, and obtaining partner feedback
  • Supports department Managers, Senior Managers and Vice President with sourcing players for upcoming and prospective opportunities
  • Assists with planning and execution of the department’s involvement at marquee events
  • Coordinates and schedules meetings and conferences calls with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Tracks and provides regular departmental updates on communications with marketing representatives and agents, including but not limited to, the First & Ten Newsletter
  • Assists with aggregating player data, including but not limited to, exclusive player deals, and updating the organization’s Player Profile Database to ensure accuracy and usability; includes preparing player research lists as requested, assisting with development of data surveys, and regular reporting
  • Schedules, coordinates, and prepares presentation materials for agent/marketing rep onboarding meetings
  • Performs other duties as assigned
