About The Position

The Special Operations Forces Global Logistics Support Services (SOF GLSS) Employee & Executive Communications Representative leads and directs all aspects of employee communications to support business objectives and improve the employee experience for the SOF GLSS workforce. Summary of key duties for this position: • Responsible for developing and executing strategic employee communications campaigns to support the SOF GLSS team and enable the warfighter's mission success. • Designs communications to target specific audiences, while executing short-term and long-term strategic planning and project prioritization. • Serves as a valued strategic partner to help shape and support business decisions with appropriate communications tactics. • Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal Lockheed Martin clients and the SOF GLSS customers. • Regularly identifies and presents new opportunities and best practices for effective and engaging messaging. Requirements

  • Strong writing, editing and verbal communications skills with the ability to convey highly complex information in clear, compelling ways.
  • Previous communications experience including service on project teams and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have the ability to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level.
