About The Position

Stryker Medical’s Employee Engagement function serves as a bridge between employees and leadership across the Medical division; amplifying employee voices, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving meaningful engagement aligned with Stryker’s mission and values. This role will deliver best in class employee engagement events, programs and customer visits for the Cary site and the Medical Division based on the identified needs of our internal customers and Division Leadership Team. This hybrid role is based at our Cary, Il location. The team works onsite Monday through Wednesday and has the flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Cary-based employee engagement committee (Connection Crew): Guide the committee’s priorities in alignment with site, divisional and Inclusion Council goals. Facilitate committee meetings, ensuring collaboration, productivity, and actionable outcomes. Create and maintain annual activities calendar for Cary site. Partner with Medical site leads and Inclusion Council to ensure ERG events integrated in yearly events calendar.
  • Plan and execute impactful divisional and site engagement events. Requirements include but are not limited to invitations, registration, food and beverage, audio visual, vendor management, transportation, billing reconciliation, program evaluations and follow-up with minimal direction.
  • Coordinate the building tour process including scheduling of tour guides, tracking of attendees, training updates, needed materials, and security and building access.
  • Align with the Customer Engagement Manager to support Medical’s customer site visits for the Sage business unit, including scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, managing budgets, arranging travel accommodations, adhering to all compliance requirements and managing calendars.
  • Lead communication to key stakeholders regarding employee events and customer visits at 3909 Three Oaks Rd, Cary, IL 60013.
  • Execute events within established budget and ensure timely and accurate processing of expenses.
  • Establish relationships with immediate team and internal customers to provide a team approach to the successful planning and implementation of all programs.
  • Facilitate the sharing of information between teams such as Facilities, Janitorial, Catering, Front Desk, transportation and Security.
