About The Role: Arbor Homes is looking for an Employee Development and Engagement Coordinator at our corporate office in Indianapolis, IN. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to organize details, communicate well and model company culture. Your goal will be to provide administrative support to ensure that employees are receiving the appropriate training to grow their leadership skills and overall personal development to further their career. The position will also be providing support for employee engagement/satisfaction through the planning of intercompany events, department events and cross department events on a regular basis.
