Position Responsibilities: Complete data entry of confidential company data (e.g., companies, locations, supervisor hierarchy) Assist with regularly scheduled system audits to maintain consistency and accuracy of all employee data Point of contact for employees, IT Representatives, HR Representatives and managers/supervisors for questions and unresolved issues regarding employee data Assist in the completion of all employee data changes and ensure all required documentation is received Reconciliation of data between two HR systems of record Assist in processing of returned mail Maintain employee records in an electronic filing system Other projects or duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience Preferred Education and Experience: College Degree
