About The Position

At Procore, we're looking for a globally-minded individual to craft world-class Employee Communications. This individual will support regional internal communications as well as company-wide employee technology, information security, and compliance-related communications - whether that's through enterprise-wide communications channels and engagement campaigns, event experiences, or creative ways to bring to life stories about Procore's people, technology, and priorities. As a successful Employee Communications Manager, you must bring experience communicating within a public company and expertise in crafting compelling messaging for global audiences at scale, no matter the topic. You will join a team navigating a fast-paced environment where your passion about using communications to engage and inspire employees will support the growth of Procore's business. This role reports to and the Senior Manager, Enterprise Communications, and will be based in the Greater Austin, TX metropolitan area. We are looking for someone to join us immediately.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in Employee Communications, Executive Communications, or a related role.
Previous experience writing communications in support of IT and Information Security teams.
Background in technology communications.
Experience leveraging and applying AI for communications.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
Strong understanding of communication strategies and tactics.
Ability to work effectively and build trust with senior leaders.
Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead company-wide communications focused on employee technology, information security, and compliance programming.
Support regional employee communications related to leadership and real estate changes, and response to local crises.
Manage internal communications programs, inclusive of developing the content, as well as planning the sequencing and timing for its release.
Create ideas and stories to inspire Procore's employees, reinforcing how our individuals support Procore's business priorities and strategies.
Creatively use different communication formats such as live events, videos, emails to most effectively engage with employees.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication strategies using AI and analytics, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Stay informed about industry trends, AI adoption and technology developments to provide strategic communication advice.
