Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bacherlors or masters degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience publishing web pages or working with a content management system (CMS) such as Microsoft SharePoint, WordPress, or similar platforms.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Interest in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand and communication standards.
- Candidates who wish to be considered must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university as of September 2026. Applicants who have graduated before September 2026 will not be considered unless they are starting a MS or PHD program after graduating.

Nice To Haves
- Experience creating or managing SharePoint pages or intranet content.
- Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Clipchamp, or similar design tools.
- Experience creating digital content, graphics, or web-based communications.
- Understanding of UX principles for web content or intranet design.
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) or CRM platforms.
- Interest in improving employee communication through digital engagement, storytelling, and design.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain SharePoint intranet pages that support internal communications, employee resources, and corporate campaigns.
- Create and update department subsite pages while maintaining strong user experience (UX) principles and site structure.
- Support the migration and restructuring of legacy intranet content by auditing existing materials and rebuilding pages within the new Microsoft SharePoint intranet environment.
- Publish and format a high volume of intranet content while maintaining consistent design standards and page structure.
- Draft, edit, and review employee-facing communications, including announcements, campaign messages, and internal content.
- Design visual assets such as page graphics, banners, and communication visuals using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Clipchamp.
- Support the execution of digital communication campaigns and internal messaging initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to ensure messaging aligns with Keysight’s brand, design, and communication standards.
- Apply UX best practices and Keysight design guidelines when building digital pages and content.
- Research internal communications trends and best practices to improve employee engagement.
- Present ideas and recommendations for making internal communications more engaging, personalized, and effective.
- Assist with publishing and managing content across internal communication platforms including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
