Position Summary Independently leads client service including all Client Manager Senior activities. Acts autonomously on most decisions without guidance or direction AND delivers renewal messaging for most clients within book of business.

Requirements

  • Must hold state life and health insurance license
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent work experience would be considered

Responsibilities

  • In addition to leading client service for assigned client, spends 30% or more-time leading others.
  • Manage two or more employees through performance reviews, performance improvement plans, setting priorities, book loads, handling department issues, recording time and attendance, and approval of expense reports.
  • Provide strong insurance technical expertise to both clients and team.
  • Partner with DSL in support of company operational objectives.
  • Maintain quality control of team renewal expirations to avoid any lapse in coverage. Ensure team members are addressing renewals in a timely manner.
  • Monitor adherence to service standards through Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting
  • Perform periodic quality audits, when necessary.
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and development of assigned team as designated by the DSL.
  • Oversight of outsourcing initiative, including integration of new and existing carrier service centers.
