You’ll be the relationship manager with the insured, consulting on accounts without a producer, and counsel clients on coverage issues both current and potential coverage gaps. Other tasks include managing and delegating work as needed to account managers and assistant account managers and maintaining accurate policy and insured info in our agency management system ( BenefitPoint ). Requirements

  • Ideally, you’ll be well versed in customer service, with excellent verbal and written communications.
  • You should also have at least 5-7 years Employee Benefit account management experience
  • Working with Microsoft Office products is a daily occurrence and strong knowledge in these applications will help.

Nice To Haves

  • If you have worked with EPIC before that is a plus.
