About The Position

We are seeking a highly-motivated Employee Benefits Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for opening doors, actively engaging in the community, and demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit. This position offers the opportunity for agency ownership and comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401k match and profit sharing.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, particularly in the insurance or financial services industry
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Active involvement in the community, such as serving on boards or with non-profit organizations
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving results

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with group insurance products and ancillary lines is a plus

Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities within the community
