Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones Work closely with employee owners to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Contribute to the development of business process models and workflows Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Help create reports, presentations, and other materials for project stakeholders Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders. Assist in organizing and conducting meetings, documenting key discussions and action items Conduct basic data analysis to support project and business analysis activities. Present findings in a clear and concise manner May be called upon to handle other duties as needed

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a relevant degree program.
  • Working knowledge of basic office procedures, Internet, and Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work effectively and relate well with others including superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • High level of organizational ability with attention to detail.
