About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager (EB AM) to join a close-knit and growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging from small to large-sized groups. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to manage a book of business effectively. This position is initially fully onsite, with the potential for hybrid flexibility once acclimated.

Requirements

Active Life & Health (L&H) license is required.
Experience working with employee benefits accounts, with a preference for candidates with prior exposure to small and large group accounts.
Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a growing agency.

Responsibilities

Manage a portion of a $600,000 revenue book of business, with accounts distributed based on experience and fit.
Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Collaborate with a small, dynamic team to achieve departmental goals.
Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
