About The Position

Employee Benefits Account Executive Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in client-facing employee benefits, who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will manage a book of business, lead client service initiatives, oversee renewals, and coordinate marketing and open enrollment activities. This position offers a hybrid work model with light travel required. Requirements

Active Life & Health (L&H) license required
Minimum of 4 years in a client-facing employee benefits role; 5+ years preferred
Proficiency in EPIC and Employee Navigator software
Strong understanding of group benefits for accounts ranging from 50 to 300 lives
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of employee benefits accounts, ranging from 50 to 300 lives
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
Lead the renewal process, including quoting new and renewal business
Oversee marketing efforts and open enrollment activities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client needs
Utilize EPIC and Employee Navigator software to manage accounts and workflows
Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations
