This agency wants to add an Employee Benefits Account Assistant to the team who is eager to learn and grow. This position is great for someone who prioritizes tasks and has great communication skills when working with employees and offices. What’s in it for you? $45,000-$55,000 hourly (depending on experience) Complete benefits package: Medical, dental, and vision 401(k) Paid time off and paid holidays

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with employee benefits and/or administrative role
  • Active Life & Health License or willing to obtain upon hire
  • Experience with MS Office, Outlook, Health Connect, AMS 360
  • Planning, organizing skills, and taking accountability for all tasks provided

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Manager with preparing the necessary documents
  • Responsible for benefits administration such as creating new hire packets and open enrollment for all clients
  • Assist with administrative duties i.e. opening and distributing mail, upkeep accurate/detailed documentation, and recordkeeping
  • Work with the team to improve workflow, documentation, and communication
