Hood Community College's Human Resources and Payroll team is dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every employee can thrive. Job Summary Performs a variety of professional and technical duties in support of the College's employee relations, labor relations, and performance management functions. Conducts analysis, provides recommendations and assists with the administration of employee and labor contracts. Conducts internal investigations into alleged violations of college policies and procedures and makes appropriate recommendations for resolution and/or disciplinary action based on findings. Acts as a resource for staff and provides consultation and guidance to management and associates on a variety of issues, including performance management, corrective action, policy and investigations. Ensures a fair and consistent approach and response aligned with College practices, policies, procedures and legal requirements.
