Program Details Start Date Week of May 28, 2026 End Date Week of August 7, 2026 Schedule Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 04:00 PM. There is some flexibility with the time. Location Docomo Pacific offices across Guam Eligibility Current high school and college students Compensation Paid internship Where You Could Land Interns are placed based on your interests and skills. Departments include: Engineering & Network Operations: the backbone of everything we do Information Technology: systems, cybersecurity, and infrastructure Customer Experience: the human side of tech Marketing & Communications: storytelling for a digital brand Business & Finance: strategy, data, and decisions Human Resources: the culture builders What You’ll Actually Do This isn't a shadow program. You'll be expected to contribute. Past interns have: Worked alongside engineers on live network projects Developed and presented proposals to department leaders Created content and campaigns seen by real customers Assisted in IT troubleshooting and systems support Contributed to HR initiatives and employee engagement programs Who We're Looking For You don't need to have it all figured out; you just need to be hungry to learn.
