PlayMetrics is a fast growing B2B SaaS company revolutionizing the way youth sports organizations operate. Our industry-leading platform is trusted by thousands of clubs, leagues, and governing bodies to manage operations, communication, scheduling, and player development, all in one place. The Emerging Sales Director is a first-line sales leader responsible for building, managing, and scaling PlayMetrics’ sales motion across 3 sports verticals rapidly growing within the PlayMetrics business: Volleyball, Lacrosse, and Football. This role sits in a pivotal position within the sales organization, owning both the people leadership and revenue outcomes for these developing markets. This leader will be accountable for hiring, onboarding, training, and developing high-performing Account Executives while establishing repeatable sales execution, strong territory discipline, and competitive selling capabilities. This role exists to turn promising sports verticals into repeatable, scalable GTM motions with clear signals on where to double down. Note: This is a full-time position, and we are looking for a local candidate to work in the office at our Morrisville, NC headquarters, currently hybrid work-from-home three days per week, but subject to the Company’s needs and policies in the future.
