About The Position

This is a remote role that may only be hired in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virgina, Georgia, Florida, Ohio, Texas or Arizona. Must be willing to work EST and travel when necessary. As an Emerging Payments Sr. Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development and commercialization and client adoption of innovative emerging payments solutions. You will partner closely across product, sales, technology, operations and risk to launch transforming emerging payment products for our target clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for the development of product plans, strategies, and managing product life cycles in coordination with the broader Product Management team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Product Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Product Management
• Intellectually curious, comfortable with ambiguity, a hunger to learn and a seeker of new challenges.
• You enjoy working with diverse teams and driving the team toward a common goal.
• Fast learner and team player

Nice To Haves

• 6+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, product development or a relevant domain area
• Familiarity with emerging payment technologies such as digital assets, stable coin, block chain preferred
• Experience in financial services is preferred.
• Experience in an Agile environment is preferred.
• Experience in working across multi-function teams

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Develop and drive the overall product strategy, vision, and roadmap for emerging payment products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Product development lifecycle: Oversee the product from ideation through development, launch, and iteration.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business channels, operations, risk, marketing, technology and commercialization teams to ensure seamless product execution.
• Data and Analytics: Use a data-driven approach to understand customer needs, define key metrics, and inform product decisions and roadmaps.
• Risk and compliance management: Ensure the product and its assets comply with relevant laws, regulations, and brand standards. This includes managing digital rights, security, and other risks.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay ahead of emerging payment trends by engaging with industry forums and banking relationships.
• Subject matter expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on emerging payments, providing guidance to internal teams and sometimes supporting sales and client engagement efforts.
