We’re looking for an Account Executive for our Emerging Market segment , focused on small and midsize organizations across manufacturing, logistics, energy, and facilities management. This is a full-cycle role with a high-velocity sales motion —ideal for a rep who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage a higher volume of opportunities.

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for SMB and smaller mid-market accounts (<1500 employees).
  • Handle a high volume of inbound leads while generating your own outbound pipeline through email, phone, social, and events.
  • Run efficient discovery calls, short demos, and fast follow-ups to keep deal cycles tight.
  • Build pipeline in territories where digital transformation is accelerating across LATAM.
  • Quickly qualify prospects, identify needs, and communicate ROI with clarity.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and keep Salesforce impeccably updated.
  • Improve your craft every day—learn from call reviews, coaching, and data.
  • 1–3 years of B2B closing experience (SaaS preferred).
  • Strong outbound prospecting muscle and willingness to grind.
  • Comfortable running many deals in parallel at a fast pace.
  • Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, persuasive.
  • Fluent in Spanish; English required for internal collaboration.
  • You thrive in high-activity environments and stay organized under pressure.
  • High-energy, coachable, and hungry to exceed goals.
  • Portuguese is a plus.
