As an ECC associate, you'll collaborate with a diverse and talented team of skilled veterinary clinicians, specialists, and nurses. Requirements

DVM, VMD, or equivalent and able to obtain licensure in the state of MA.
Internship or experience in an emergency setting is required.
Effectively collaborate with diverse teams of colleagues in all capacities throughout the organization.
Capable of working in high-stress situations while maintaining composure but should not be afraid of having fun, too.
Strong critical thinking skills, high motivation, and a proven passion for continuous education
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Efficiently triage, stabilize, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Ensure proactive client communication and exceptional medical treatment.
Cultivate a consistently positive work environment
Engage in proactive collaboration with team members to optimize patient care and promote teamwork.
Provide comprehensive education to clients on various injuries, illnesses, and treatment protocols.
Proactively cultivate and strengthen client, patient, and referring veterinarian relationships.

Competitive salary ranging from $160,000 to $215,000 annually, commensurate with experience and schedule, plus eligibility for a pooled production bonus program.
