About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room RN to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced Emergency Department. This role is ideal for a critical thinker with strong communication and clinical assessment skills. You’ll be at the frontline of emergency care, providing life-saving treatment to a diverse patient population.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (must convert to FL license within 90 days)
• BLS and ACLS – within 30 days of hire
• PALS – within 30 days of hire
• Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care ER experience required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to emergency patients
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team on care plans
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning
• Comply with safety and infection control standards
• Operate and maintain emergency care equipment
• Engage in department improvement and performance initiatives
