About The Position

A leading hospital in Marion County is actively seeking skilled and resilient Registered Nurses to join their Emergency Room team. As an ER RN, you will provide critical care in a high-acuity environment, where your clinical expertise, quick thinking, and compassion will make a direct difference in patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (ER, ICU, or PCU preferred)
• Active RN license in Florida or Compact license (must obtain Florida license within 60 days)
• Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma required
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• ACLS and PALS certifications within 90 days of hire
• ENPC, TNCC, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Deliver urgent, evidence-based care to patients with a wide range of emergency conditions
• Triage and monitor patient status in a fast-paced emergency setting
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and results accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
