About The Position

Priority Healthcare, LLC is hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) for Emergency Room roles at Big South Fork Medical Center in Oneida, TN. Pay: $70$90 per hour, based on experience. Your Role Includes: -Perform full patient assessments: exams, history reviews, and diagnostic orders -Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions -Create and manage care plans with the healthcare team -Prescribe medications and administer treatments -Draw blood and perform lab testing when needed -Manage complex patient cases -Handle workers compensation cases and stay compliant with current laws -Maintain accurate electronic medical records -Use utilization management to ensure efficient care --Review medical services for necessity and cost-effectiveness -Work with behavioral health teams to address mental health needs -Apply anatomy knowledge to assess and interpret clinical findings -Care for patients with developmental disabilities

Requirements

• Active NP license in Tennessee
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an NP or PA
• Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Certified NP in a relevant specialty (Family, Adult-Gerontology, Pediatrics)
• PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications
• Solid experience in primary care or emergency settings
• Strong documentation and EHR skills
• Familiarity with utilization review and case management
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
