Emergency Room (ER) Director leads the clinical and administrative operations of the emergency department, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient daily functioning . Key duties include managing staff (providers and nurses), overseeing department budgets, improving patient flow and satisfaction, and fostering collaboration with hospital ancillary departments and administration.

Requirements

Licensure: Current registered nurse licensure in South Dakota
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
Experience: Proven experience in emergency nursing, with significant leadership or management experience.
Skills: Strong leadership, critical thinking, crisis management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
