What You’ll Do As an ERC, you will: Be the first point of contact for property owners after traumatic events Build trust and guide customers through the initial recovery process Generate business by proactively identifying and acting on opportunities Work closely with first responders, adjusters, project managers, and community leaders Secure mitigation work to protect properties and prevent further damage Represent Paul Davis in the community through events and relationship building Deliver confidence and clarity when people need it most This is a fast-moving, high-stakes role where no two days are the same. Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities
  • Comfort using technology and CRM tools
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Willingness to be on-call (including nights/weekends as scheduled)
  • A commitment to continuous learning and growth

Nice To Haves

  • Previous outside sales experience is strongly encouraged
  • Experience in construction, restoration, or a related field is a plus
  • Candidates with a background in sales within a construction or service-based environment will be well-positioned for success in this role
