What You’ll Do As an ERC, you will: Be the first point of contact for property owners after traumatic events Build trust and guide customers through the initial recovery process Generate business by proactively identifying and acting on opportunities Work closely with first responders, adjusters, project managers, and community leaders Secure mitigation work to protect properties and prevent further damage Represent Paul Davis in the community through events and relationship building Deliver confidence and clarity when people need it most This is a fast-moving, high-stakes role where no two days are the same.
